Stud Welding Machine for Simultaneous Welding of Three Non-Threaded Aluminium Studs

	Stud welding workplace with stud welding machine, workpiece transport unit and test bench. The stud welding machine is equipped with: - three automatic stud welding heads KHA-200F (each with fluid spraying device) - three automatic stud feeders VBZ - three stud welding units LBS 44 The stud welding machine is designed for welding three non-threaded aluminium studs to an iron sole. The non-threaded aluminium studs serve for fixing the heating element to the iron sole. In order to increase the cycle time the three welding heads weld simultaneously. The welding smoke is extracted via a central weld smoke exhaust.
