Merger of BTH Tech GmbH with AS Schöler + Bolte GmbH on December 1, 2009

Since September 2006 we hold 100% of the shares of BTH Tech GmbH. Despite the currently difficult economic environment our company group continues on its successful course.
In order to ensure a consistent market presence, further improve the utilization of synergies and to simplify internal organizational processes BTH Tech GmbH will be merged with AS Schöler + Bolte GmbH on December 1, 2009.
As a result of the merger only the company data (company name, VAT identification number, tax number, commercial register) of BTH Tech GmbH will change. For the cooperation with customers and suppliers there will be no changes:

The known contact persons will remain at your disposal.
The location Dachau remains as production and sales location.
All agreed conditions with customers and suppliers will be taken over unchanged.
For all existing contracts of BTH Tech GmbH AS Schöler + Bolte GmbH is the legal successor.
Our complete equipment range (stud welding units and guns, automatic components, CNC stud welding machines) will be produced and sold under the brand name BTH Tech.
