(29/12/11) With the adapter box PRO-SPLIT four stud welding guns PKM-1B are operated on one stud welding unit PRO-C 1500. Each of the connected stud welding guns is equipped for a different stud dimension, so that time-consuming retooling is avoided. For each gun connection the PRO-SPLIT enables the storage of exact welding parameters for the respective stud in the unit. When a gun is used the previously stored values for this gun are automatically set up in the unit.

(20/12/11) With the CNC stud welding machine F 400 (working area: 400 x 400 mm) stainless steel threaded studs M3-M8 are processed (welding method: capacitor discharge stud welding). The light curtain that is used for safeguarding the working area and the changeable workpiece holder enable the very fast loading of the machine. Newly designed cylinders spring-mounted on the welding head are used grounding.
