(19/08/10) We have added the following special ceramic ferrules to our production and delivery program:
- ceramic ferrule type UFD for welding through metal deck
- half-sided closed ceramic ferrule type HSG for welding shear connectors to vertical surfaces
- ceramic ferrule type IWKR for welding shear connectors to the inside of angles
- ceramic ferrule type AWKR for welding shear connectors to the outside of angles

(14/06/10) After a year of innovation, organizational changes and investments into the future of the company now there is the next milestone on our agenda: AS Schöler + Bolte GmbH with its production plant in Saxony is going to be manufacturer of shear connectors. This will open the gate to a new market segment - the construction industry (structural steelwork, steel construction, composite construction) - and leads us into a new league of stud welding. Schöler + Bolte shear connectors (manufacturer`s sign: SB) - this is the complete range of shear connectors diameter 10 mm, 13 mm, 16 mm, 19 mm, 22 mm and 25 mm in accordance to DIN EN SO 13918, type SD1. Quality of studs has been audited and approved by GSI SLV Duisburg according to clause § 24 (2) of Model Building Regulation (MBO). Compliance certificate register no 2009 701 5005 (ÜHP) according to German Building Rules List A part 1 release 2009/1 states that our studs are conform and have the right to be marked with the Ü-mark. You can stud weld Schöler + Bolte shear connectors without any problems on steel beams. In addition we applied for the European Technical Approval ETA (subject of approval: anchor plates with stud welded Schöler + Bolte shear connectors). And of course all Schöler + Bolte shear connectors are Made in Germany.

(11/06/10) The new basic versions of our product line PRO-D are designed for the user, who needs an easy to use, robust stud welding unit and can work without additional functions.
The new units are equipped with the proven constant current regulation of the series PRO-D, welding current and time can be adjusted continuously. A shielding gas module for stud welding with shielding gas and a weld counter are available as optional features.
